Samples from five moonrises are posted. Each occasion is represented by one or more clips given in a row. All clips are 4x speeded up. However, duration of moonrise can be quite long - an indication of my relatively northern latitude.
Footage is recorded with Canon XL-1s using lenses with focal lengths of 200 mm and 300 mm (35 mm equivalent focal lengths 1400 mm and 2100 mm respectively). Usually moon is very dim in horizon and camera has to be pushed to limits: typical shutter speed is 1/6 seconds and gain is typically set to +6 - +12 dB.
Sizes of RM-files are between 1.0-1.4 MB.
