Many people are inspired by sunlight screened by clouds or trees in a foggy forest. When light is filtered into bluish sky there is some serenity in the observation. Of course, this phenomenon is a sub class of crepscular rays, or even more close to clouds shadow on another cloud. Regardless of the nature of the phenomenon it is natural to categorize it as a phenomenon of its own.
